Pros: prestige, liquidity, appreciation sustained by scarcity. Con: a higher entry ticket — the best beachfront product rarely sells for under R$ 5 million.
Itapema: the fastest-growing market
Itapema, especially Meia Praia, is today one of the strongest growth frontiers of the Santa Catarina coast — and it is at full steam. High-end verticalization has arrived in full force, with signature launches and hot demand, while the entry ticket is still more accessible than BC's. Pros: high appreciation potential, great size-to-price ratio and an excellent beach. Point of attention: being a younger market than BC, it is worth choosing the project and developer well.
