What a suspended mansion is
A suspended mansion is the high-end unit that reproduces, high up in a tower, what once only existed in a ground-level mansion. In practice, it combines:
- A private pool on the balcony or terrace — not the shared one, yours.
- House-scale area — from ~180 m² to over 600 m² of private space.
- High ceilings, gardens and integrated gourmet terraces.
- Total privacy: often one apartment per floor, with private access and elevator.
It's the opposite of the "ordinary apartment": you get the freedom of a house with the security, view and services of a luxury building.

It's no accident. Globally, the same movement is confirmed: in Dubai, transactions above AED 50 million grew 22% in a year, and branded residences command 25–30% premiums. Scarcity is the engine: very few units per development, and those who get in early secure the rarest product in the high-end market.
